Interior dining experience could use some furniture renovations but food was top tier! Great for pick up orders but if dining in they’re friendly & professional staff.
This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Every meal I have gotten here has been amazing. Great customer service. The Chicken Tenders are amazing. The Hamburger is very good. The Philly Cheese Steak is very tasty. The chicken over rice is to die for. They have the best Gyros in the area The staff are amazing and take care of us local customers. I spend way too much money here.
Walked in, grabbed an order to go, the guys had me outta there in no time flat, with some fantastic food. He was very kind, place was clean and we’d be back. Flacco, the food was great, buddy. Thanks for everything. Go see this guy and he’ll treat you good. The kitchen staff was excellent too. I had the gyro sandwich and she had the jumbo shrimp. ( I actually stopped In to get the chicken over rice, maybe next time I’ll grab it)
I ordered a delivery order of 15 wings with fries and a cup of coleslaw. The wings and fries, per usual, were fantastic. The amount you get for the dollars you pay are fantastic. This will definitely feed me for two days. My complaint is the amount of Cole slaw you get. They put it in the same small cup that they put their hot sauce in. It’s barely two spoons worth. This is extremely sad and disappointing because the slaw has a really great taste. 07/11/24 UPDATE: Establishing solid communication was a little rocky to start with, but there is a valid and acceptable reason behind it - so I will not hold it against them. After speaking with the owners, she inquired as to my thoughts and opinions as to what would be a better solution. She advised me that they’re going to be increasing the cup size for the coleslaw and that she had already had similar thoughts about the size. The fact that she took the time to apologize for the inconvenience, inquired more about my feedback and that she actively seeks a resolution says volumes for the customer service. After speaking with the owners and obtaining that follow-through customer service to find a solution, I changed my rating to 5 stars. Any establishment that shows genuine concern about their customers and wants to actively seek a solution definitely deserves a good rating. Thank you for following through. I highly recommend this location (Illinois Street). The food always arrives hot, fresh and delicious.
I walked in for the first time , everything was clean, you can see the cooks prepare your food. They were professional and sanitary . As for the food when I got it , it was delicious. I got the chicken over rice with white sauce. I recommend this place 10/10
After trying the rest, you will get with the best. These guys know how to fry chicken. Awesome job every time. The wings, gyros, fries, are all first rate. The catfish definitely is worth trying.
This place is fantastic! The food is golden, and I order from here a lot. I love getting the 2 fish and 3 chicken combo. The owner is no-nonsense when it comes to customer service. I once had an issue with a worker, and the owner personally took care of it. He reached out to me, made sure the situation was corrected, and ensured my food was hot and fresh. If you ever have any issues, just reach out to the owner. They're committed to making sure you're satisfied. Trust me, you'll leave with a full stomach and a smile
Todays visit was great , everything about it! The amazing hospitality and customer service to the great quality of the food. If you’re at this location be sure to ask for the lunch special... decent portion of food a drink and fries! My family and I we well taken care of.
